SMART529 ESSAY CONTEST: The 17th annual SMART529 “When I Grow Up” Essay Contest for children from K-5 is underway through February 23, 2024. Regional winners will win a $500 SMART529 education savings account and a $500 cash prize for their school. A grand prize winner will receive an additional $4,500 in their savings account. There is also an essay contest for teachers to win a $2,500 cash prize.
